Skills & Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess Trade Qualification or equivalent
- Possess an attitude, desire and passion to continuously develop your skillset and produce repairs to a very high standard
- Possess and develop high quality automotive spray painting skills
- Have a strong team member mindset
- Be flexible with a can-do attitude
- Be able to demonstrate honesty and reliability
- Hold an open current drivers licence
- 38 hour work week with the option for overtime
- Goal is to return vehicle to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standard
- Attention to detail

All of our team have a passion for cars so we are seeking a like minded tradesperson to join our close knit team. We incorporate weekly staff lunch and meeting to ensure a great team culture and opportunity to receive and give feedback.
Long Term Stability: standard working hours are 7.00am – 3.45pm Monday through to Friday. No weekend work. Additional hours may be offered to you if you are keen to have them.
Ongoing learning: our team is small and cohesive. We share our knowledge and skills to enable integral learning opportunities. Additional learning opportunities are offered to staff whenever possible. We strive to ensure all staff achieve and maintain Platinum Status on I-CAR Australia.

- Possess and develop high quality panel beating skills
- Have a strong team member mindset
- Have strong attention detail
- Be flexible with a can-do attitude
- Be able to demonstrate honesty and reliability
- Hold an open current drivers licence
- 38 hour work week but plenty of overtime if you want it
- Opportunity to repair and fabricate new parts for older classic vehicle restoration
